The best event I had was a 40th birthday Coachella theme.

The husband pulled out all the stops. No money was left behind. He booked multiple artists for his wife event. They had a big Ferris wheel in the middle of the arena. You definitely would have thought you were at Coachella.

#1 Always provide great customer service

The 3 important qualities of customer service revolve around professionalism, patience, and having a “people-first” attitude; have all 3 and your customers will become your brand advocates.

#2 Treat your customers like they are your family & friends

Trust me, this works; they will continue to book you and repeat custom is everything in the service industry.

#3 Post footage from every event you do
