Tell us about the best event you ever did?
The annual SnkrBall events for Nike here in Portland. We’ll have 7-9 booths at them with a line all night long. Each one is a different experience. 360’s, array, SloMo, straight up photos, Sneaker Chair, Vogue and more. It’s a huge event, 3k+ people and really high profile We’ve done it for the past 6 years (last year was virtual).
Tony’s 3 Tips for success in the photo booth industry:
1. Response time.
Often, you’re not the only one being emailed or called. People are busy and will often contract with the first company to reply. For better or worse!
Knowing your equipment, software and how to troubleshoot is one of the most important aspects of running this business.
As my wife likes to say, ‘evolve or die’. We’re early adopters of technology and booths and more often than not that works our very well for us. There’s been a few misses over the years but it’s helped more than it’s hurt.
